JUL 1, 23 .. FOR WHAT IT’S WORTH

Long, LONG, pause .. Where to from here?

When I publish this Post, it will be the first Post to begin the 10th consecutive month of daily posts here on dotnet. During this time, I have not missed one single day. Beginning last September the 22nd, 2022, right up until this moment, during the past nine consecutive full months (OCT 1, 2022 through JUN 30, 2023) I have not missed one single day.

In well over this 11 years, dating back to August the 16th, 2011, when Andrej my webmaster and I published the very first Post here on dotnet, 100% of this string of 2,223 total Posts happened because of each and every single one of you who have contributed ideas, photographs, and your support via comments over the past 11 years and counting.

No support from you all? Our website would have disappeared years ago.

Then, back in December of 2019, when I came down with Covid-19 while in Mongolia or South Korea, everything changed. I have not been out of the United States since returning home on December 14th, 2019.

When I began both this and our blogspot website, one of my primary goals was to share our International Travels with you all.

So where to now with no more International Travel?

No, this quandry of mine is not new to many of you. Several of you have said the words, “Cap! Keep Posting!”

I will leave it with The Shadow because I myself don’t know what the future brings.

To some degree, I have to assume that IF something interests me, then there is at least some small chance that perhaps one or more of you will also find it interesting.

That brings me to our Friend and Ally Gullible, who by the way, established our blogspot website in October 22nd of 2011 while I was in India.

I seriously doubt that many of you go too far back in time on her website. Today I went all the way back to Gullible’s very first Post on her website. I was absolutely, positively, fascinated by it. The below link will take you there.

Patti and I hope one or more of you find it interesting.

I travel with you everywhere your posts take us. Your suburban tells us about snow and lots of adventures, you get cranes in the yard, moose in your path, and ducks at the pond. Everything you post has value and your writing style is informative as well as entertaining. All your interests you post are worthy! Keep up the great work to the extent you are able.
Love and hugs to you and Patti!

Thank you so very much Kit. Your kind words of support are very, VERY helpful and appreciated Kit. I will continue to assume something of interest to us might also be of interest to you Kit. Wow, a rodeo in the geographical center of the USA. Smiling with gratitude.. Cap and Patti
