BOBBA CAPS YOU’RE SUCH A CLOWN!

WHAT GOES UP MUST COME DOWN!

I have written the above ‘ditty’ many times over the years .. and here I sit .. in Hong Kong .. beginning my ‘descent back into the ordinary’ .. as I sit here early Thursday Morning in the Hong Kong (Kowloon) YMCA I am feeling the effects of another jet lag coming from India here .. and just the stress of the past week of travel ..

I did manage a Star Ferry round trip from Kowloon to Hong Kong Central and return but did NOT manage a ‘meeting’.  I did manage to get some post cards written and mailed out .. with more to come ..

I did manage two meals of Singapore Rice Noodles at my most favorite street cafe .. and I did manage more McDonald’s McFlurrys!  And some Snickers ‘food bars’ with my Corn Flakes and Yogurt ..

So three out of four isn’t too bad. Singapore Rice Noodles / Star Ferry riding / McFlurrys but no meeting yet.

My waiter at my street cafe did not seem to be harboring any resentment over our Rice Noodles / SINGAPORE Rice Noodles episode yesterday involving his boss that I call .. THE MAN!

I do hope today (Thursday the 16th) to take the ferry over to Lamma Island from Hong Kong Central.

“Bobba you ‘running’ at ‘half-speed’ is faster than many people running at their ‘full speed’ ..

I am set into Motel ‘6’ in Schiller Park Illinois next Monday when I fly into Chicago O’Hare International after the 15-some-hour flight from Hong Kong!

And I wrote E. Thomas ‘H’ 02476 a lengthy pair of e-mails about my military adventures in the Marine Corps and the Naval Seabees.

So we will call this a wrap for now .. Smiles .. Cap

I sure MISS not having photographs to post for you all ..
