Hong Kong International Airport .. CATHAY PACIFIC BUSINESS CLASS LOUNGE .. Monday Morning in Hong Kong .. 20 May 2013 .. 1000 Hours (10AM) ..

They have ‘several food lines’ .. I just ‘hit’ the Chinese Noodle Food Line ..

ATTENTION ED 02476 !

ED THEY REALLY DO HAVE SOMETHING CALLED .. SHANGHAINESE NOODLES .. they are NOTHING LIKE SINGAPORE RICE NOODLES .. they are served in a chicken broth based soup .. you eat them with a Chinese style ‘spoon’ and chop sticks .. they advertise it as being ‘hot and spicy’ but they lie .. it was really quite bland and mild so I added some Chinese Chili Paste and some Chinese Hot Oil to SPICE THEM UP JUST A TAD.

I would say that about 95% of the people I am ‘hob-nobbing’ with here in the Business Class Lounge are ..

TAKING THIS ALL FOR-GRANTED ..

As In .. ” ‘ho-hum’ .. when is my flight .. I want to get home! “

I need to focus and I need to pay attention so I do NOT miss my own flight!
