NOV 12, 23 .. TOMORROW WE ARE SCHEDULED TO FLY SOUTH TO NEVADA AND ARIZONA..

I write in the above title.. “TOMORROW WE ARE SCHEDULED TO FLY” .. Because only God and the Weather know IF we will actually get out of here with all of the snow.

Today our mission is packing up our suitcases so that we are ready to go tomorrow morning!

As I sit writing here Saturday evening, I have absolutely no idea of what tomorrow’s National Football League schedule of games looks like. There is NO WAY we will be watching any television today Sunday.

In light of Gullible’s above Post, I am almost embarrassed to show the below photos out in front of our Condo here in Anchorage BUT I took the photos and want to post them.

In yesterday’s Post I showed the below scenes at night. I snapped some daylight scenes Saturday. Not sure why the below photos have a “blue hue” but they sure do.

Our sign out in front.

The below photo shows the above signs relation to our parked Suburban.

We are wondering if the owner of this car plans to move it any time soon.

A fair sized pile of snow piled up behind our truck.

A friend here in Anchorage will be watching our Suburban this winter. Our truck is not visible in the below photo because he is back closer to the garage.

That’s All Folks.

Now, just hold on there, partner. Your travel page says you are’t leaving until December. This is November. Put the suitcases away and try again next month.

Will do Michael. Right now we are hoping that our flight goes as scheduled and we get off on time with no delays or even worse a cancellation. Cap and Patti

Your snow photos have a blue hue because that’s how the camera sees the color. If you overexposed or ran those photos through photo software, you can change it, just as I did with mine.

From Digital Photography: blue snow happens when a camera fails to recognize what snow looks like in the shade. Again, different cameras will handle things differently and maybe your camera is spot on, all the time. But maybe you get blue snow.

With a point and shoot camera, use the “Shade” white balance, if the camera has it. This setting can also be used with a DSLR. “Shade” tells the camera all the light hitting the main subject has come from indirect sources from the sun.
