NOV 23, 23 .. WE WISH YOU ALL A THANKFUL THANKSGIVING..
The human mind is something BUT at any given millisecond it can only do one thing.
So IF we can celebrate what is good and what we can be thankful for, then it is difficult to focus on what isn’t good and frustrating. As I know from my own life experiences and serious bouts with long term depression, it is not always easy, especially when one has serious, challenging, health issues to “Look at the bright side”.
Patti and I plan to have a low key, easy and relaxed Thanksgiving Day. We opted out of a meal with friends but Patti and I will be chairing a 3:30pm afternoon meeting at the Sun Club here in Lake Havasu City.
