NOV 26, 23 .. ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL

Another Brick In The Wall? Pink Floyd remains, wandering around in my mind.

How about our very own, the one, the only, Detroit Tiger Tom Terrific!!

Tom’s volunteer work for the Salvation Army goes way back many (as in MANY) years.

Tom you are D’ MAN Aways in All Ways!

When you come visit us here on dotnet, we hope to give you something of interest to peruse. How about another Blast From The Past..

NOVEMBER 26, 2019..

A look back at Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

How could any of us have known that, when I was in Mongolia on November 26, 2019, at the same time, deep in Wuhan, China in November 2019, Covid was about to erupt. And that either in Ulaanbaatar, or Seoul, South Korea, I would become infected and pass it to Patti and today we are still feeling the results of three separate episodes.

Whewie huh?

There should be a law forbidding people (Patti and me) who come to the Arizona Desert from frigid Alaska, from turning up the heat when the temperature is 60°F. Yes we are feeling cold at this temperature and turned the heat up in our apartment.

I have two options now. Go to bed or fall over. Some thing IS happening here with both of us and what it is ain’t exactly clear!

Still Standing Still Smiling..

Cap + Patti, thank you! And anyone reading this, if you can give any small bit $$ to Salvation Army, it will be used to help many folks. Over the years I have been a bell ringer, countless people have walked up and told me “Salvation Army helped my family when we really needed it!”I am honored to help them for a few hours each Christmas season!!

I have a few friends who think 60 is ok but I set mine to 70 in the winter during the day (younger me thought 68 was fine, older me says heck no!) What I find strange is that, at 70 in the winter, I need to wear a couple of warm layers, boots and maybe even a hoodie or scarf. When my house is 70 (naturally, no A/C) in the summertime, I only need a single thin layer. Same temperature but my body does not seem to agree. As stated by Buffalo Springfield, “There’s something happening here But what it is ain’t exactly clear…”

Kathleen YOU NAILED IT! It just “Does Not Add Up” does it. 70°F IS 70°F Summer, Winter, Spring or Fall yet our bodies react differently! For What It’s Worth .. “There’s something happening here But what it is ain’t exactly clear…” the name of my website from Buffalo Springfield. Smiles .. Cap and Patti
