SEP 24, 11 .. CALCUTTA RAMBLINGS
I have spoken of this in prior writings.. it is a TRUTH OF THE SPIRITUAL UNIVERSE THAT IF ONE OF US CAN DO SOMETHING .. ALL OF US CAN DO IT..
I DO NOT MEAN THE PHYSICAL UNIVERSE.. I will NEVER run the 100 yard dash in ten seconds.. I will never do a lot of physical achievements at age 75 that much younger men can achieve..
Back on September 20, 2011.. I write of the life long impact that words shared with me by Ralph Barnhardt have had on my life.. right up until NOW..
And this is true of many.. if not all.. of my life lessons.. most all learned from mentors..
SO SINCE THIS IS TRUE FOR ME.. IT FOLLOWS THEN THAT WORDS I SHARE WITH OTHERS MAY ALSO STICK WITH THEM AND IMPACT THEIR LIVES..
Knowing this truth keeps me going.. I strive to put back into the stream of life all that has been freely given to me..

Correct me if I am wrong.. I am under the impression that all human beings have a ‘normal’ body temperature of 98.6 degrees F ..
WHY IS IT I WONDER.. when I am on a jam-packed bus.. the bodily temperature of all the Indians that are pressed tightly against me.. radiate heat of a temperature more than I radiate.. they ‘feel’ to me like they are about 102 degrees F.. they ‘feel’ MUCH WARMER TO ME THAN I FEEL TO ME..

HOW ON EARTH CAN THIS BE TRUE.. I have written about the local water in India being akin to Salt Water.. you wash in it and you are sticky.. so I do bathe in the local water (neck DOWN.. above the neck ONLY bottled water to avoid eye infections) and then I dry myself off and then I treat myself to fresh bottled water rinses.. and feel clean and dry and NOT salt water like sticky..
WHY THEN IS THIS TRUE. WHEN I WASH MY CLOTHES IN THE LOCAL TAP WATER AND RINSE THEM IN THE LOCAL TAP WATER.. WHEN THEY DRY THEY FEEL CLEAN AND WONDERFUL AND NOT SALTY AND NOT STICKY..
