AUG 1, 13 .. THE OPERATION WAS A SUCCESS .. ONE DOWN ONE TO GO ..
This morning .. I had cataract surgery performed on my right eye. This included a new ‘lens implant’ into my right eye. Patti and I checked into the Surgery Center at 8AM and we have been home about two and one half hours.
All I will say about it is this: During the actual eye surgery I was visiting with my surgeon about his recent trip to Hong Kong and China. I confirmed with him that he stayed on Hong Kong Island proper and that he did ride the Star Ferries over to Kowloon.
One week from today .. August 8th .. I will do-it-again on my left eye. I don’t know if it is normal to be chit-chatting with the surgeon as he does such a procedure but that is my story and I am sticking-to-it!
