MY MEDICAL HEALTH THEORY.. Covid-19 vs RSV..

Let’s begin with a fact:

Our medical system does not have all the answers to each and every single medical issue bothering our human species.

So who’s to say I am nuts!

I brought Covid-19 with me, straight from Asia, on December 11th of 2019 several months before Covid-19 was “discovered by our medical system”.

I immediately gave it to Patti.

Since then both of us have received every vaccination and booster shot available. Both of us have been in Emergency Rooms in three different cities (Phoenix, Detroit and Anchorage).  Yet (especially me more than Patti) we do not feel 100% recovered.

Until recently (last week) I have dealt with Long Covid-19 Fatigue. 

Then I contact RSV.

Then suddenly, I am feeling better than I have felt since December the 11th 2019. I am feeling better than I could have dreamt in my wildest dreams for the last four plus years.

I had, in fact, “given up hope” that I would ever again in this lifetime “feel really great”.

What changed?

I contacted RSV.

Do you suppose, is it at least remotely possible, that the RSV virus and the Long Covid-19 virus attacked each other and destroyed one another?

I asked:

You want crazy ?.. Here it is!

Unfortunately I have no answer as to why Patti continues to struggle, except perhaps that she was also diagnosed with RSV and pneumonia a month ago. Also, Patti doesn’t feel she has been struggling with long covid.  Go figure.  We can’t !!

    Cap, Patti, dears,
    To fight against COVID and RSV you need not only medical guessing and luck but also some treatment and BASU, don’t you?

      Thanks Olga for your comment. We continue, along with all of the medical associations in the entire World, look for answers. So far there are no answers. These viruses affect each person differently. Twin sisters got Covid-19. One died and the other twin had NO symptoms whatsoever. Some “cures” have serious side effects. Yes Olga, thank you. We went on-line here and studied dihydroquercetin! We could not make any sense out of what we read. Again Olga we soooo appreciate your concern and support. Cap and Patti

      Yes Gullible. Not sure these are antibiotics but I was given a 5 day regime of Prednisone, 5 days of Azithromycin, and 10 days of Benzonatate (for coughing). Cap

        Thanks to Gullible’s question and your reply I may be able to shed some light on your mystery. Prednisone is a corticosteroid (strong anti-inflammatory medication). One of the (many) possible side effects of corticosteroids is that they can be mood altering. Apparently, short-term treatment can induce euphoria in some people and long-term treatment is more likely to have the opposite effect. Didn’t they give you a patient leaflet with your medications? Or a QR code to look them up online?

          Wow Kleiner Bär what an absolutely, positively, amazing comment. What interesting insights. Thanks so very, VERY, MUCH for sharing your professional wisdom with me.

          Yes of course (they are probably legally required to do so) as both of us were discharged from the E.R., we both were given a fair number of pages of information. There is NO way any non professional “Lay Person” can read all of the fine print and absorb all of the information given them on discharge. If one does they will forever be frightened to take any prescriptions. Even basic Aspirin has a long list of side effects. I don’t know how to “Do QR codes”.

          I’ll happily take “euphoria” Kleiner Bär after several years of long covid-19 depression. Cap

      Gullible, I may never know “what happened”. But “whatever happened”, was quick and to the point and I am extremely grateful. I never thought that in this lifetime I would ever feel as good as I am now feeling. Cap
