Thank.. You.. Kathleen.. For Your Below (abridged – shortened or condensed by the omission of words or passages) comment to the above Post.

“If I ever end up at the ER without my phone, I will have issues. I haven’t memorized phone numbers for a very long time. Calling information doesn’t work like it used to since cell phone numbers aren’t part of that. Thank heaven for the doctor being willing to share her charger with you.

I have two battery packs that I try to keep charged, one in the car and one in the house. They came in handy during the last power outage.

Late last night, I decided to take one of my cats to the Vet ER. My phone battery was very low because it was the end of the day. So I shoved the poor kitty in the carrier, grabbed my phone and battery pack, and hit the road.

Thankfully, the battery pack did its job well.

Battery packs are wonderful (if you keep them charged.)”

Thanks Kathleen’s for your above comment. Because of you Kathleen, I purchased (from Amazon) a Power Bank to have here in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

The two of them up in Anchorage that would be of no use if we lose our power here.

Now we have finally arrived at..

( SMART PHONE ) POWER BANK..

He is an Amazon JIGASTORE Portable Charger Power Bank.

Portable Charger Power Bank 30000mAh – USB C 22.5W Fast Charging External Battery Pack Charging Bank PD QC4.0 with Flashlight 3 Outputs & 2 Inputs Phone Charger for iPhone Samsung Galaxy iPad etc.

I have never ever heard of JIGASTORE products before.

Opening his box. There he is!

The short cord that you see above in the box, and below serves two purposes.

You use it to re-charge the Power Bank.

Please note : My Power Bank DID NOT COME with its own USB Wall Charger.

Not to worry. Like most of you, I have several USB Wall Charging Blocks.

When the Power Bank is being re-charged or being used to charge a device, lights come on to indicate his own power status.

Re-charging a single Smart Phone with his “short power cord”..

Recharging with a nine (9) foot long power cord (below) which allows me freedom to move around while using the Power Bank to re-charge a Smart Phone.

AND ??

YES !!

He can recharge up to three (3) devices at one time.

The Power Bank is in the middle of a Smart Phone (left) and Patti’s Kindle (right).

There you have it.

In my humble opinion (Tom Tiger and others say IMHO) having a fully charged Power Bank is critical should you lose power and your phone is not fully charged!

When my above Power Bank is fully charged, it will re-charge (from 5% or less) five phones 100% and a sixth phone from 5% up to 75%.

It cost .. $19.72 plus Arizona Sales Tax of $1.50 for a total of $21.22.

There you have it.

I shudder to think of a serious power outage without a fully charged Power Bank to re-charge our smart phones.

♥️ yay I’m so glad you got a power bank. It’s perfect for those times when you need to run out the door but your phone is nearly dead. I use my phone for GPS/maps even if it’s just across town because it lets me know if there’s any traffic issues. And of course during a power outage. I’m glad you have one with you. And I’m glad I was able to put a good bug in your ear.

Thanks again Kathleen for “reminding me” that I have two Power Banks home in Alaska for all of the “right reasons”. I just failed to “connect the dots” being here in Lake Havasu City. Then again maybe there are not many power outages here. BUT there is NO DOUBT having one charged and “ready to go” is a very good thing for sure. Smiling Cap

I did not know about solar energy recharging of Power Banks Gullible. It sounds good BUT .. It takes at least twelve (12) hours to recharge my Power Banks that live in Anchorage. I can’t grasp how long it would take to recharge one using solar energy. Cap
