The Sullivan Arena here in Anchorage Alaska is ‘like-home’ to Patti and myself.  Going to ice hockey games is a fun evening-out that we truly enjoy!

The Alaska Aces Ice Hockey Team has a ‘Team Mascot’ named ‘Boomer’.  You will see mention of ‘Boomer’ on our Subway Ticket Vouchers.  Do you all see ‘Boomer’ at the bottom of each voucher?

Patti surprised me a year-or-so ago with a ‘Team Jersey’ .. I really like the Aces team colors .. a BIG THANK YOU PATTI  for the gift of the jersey and for snapping the above photo .. what fun we have at the Aces games!

In the extreme upper left hand corner of the above photograph you will see the number 49.  This is the number of shots-on-goal for the Alaska Aces during last night’s game.  To the upper right you see the number 24 .. which is the number of shots-on-goal for the Las Vegas Wranglers team.

IF THE ALASKA ACES shoot forty (40) or more shots-on-goal during a game .. a local restaurant .. The Outback Steak House ..
