MAY 21, 25.. DUM DE DUM DUM.. SURVIVOR.. CONEY TOM TIGER..

DUM DE DUM DUM..

I was wondering where that theme came from so I asked Google and Wikipedia.

Dum De Dum Dum has a name: Dragnet.

It is also known as “Danger Ahead”.

Yes, it more or less originated from Dragnet, the radio and television show of the same name. I say it more or less originated from Dragnet because, after Dragnet and Jack Webb became gigantic hits in the early 1950’s, a claim dating back to 1946 challenged its authorship. A settlement between publishers resolved the case by allowing both composers and publishers to share the royalties for the short opening signature “Main Title”, which became known as “Danger Ahead”.

SURVIVOR..

Dum De Dum Dum..

Tonight is the final, 3 hour episode, of Survivor 48. For the remaining five players some “Danger awaits ahead” of them. Which four will NOT win Survivor 48 and the 1 million dollars! All five remaining players (Eva, Joe, Kamila, Kyle and Mitch) are tantalizingly close to winning. Patti and I, along with all Survivor Fans are eagerly awaiting tonight’s final show.

CONEY TOM..

Hot Diggety Coney Dog!

Detroit Tiger Tom did not let any one of us down.

When Tom is in the Detroit Metro Area, Tom (Bet on it you bettors!) is going to check out his favorite Coney Dog establishments.

A Coney dog is a type of hot dog, specifically a Detroit-style hot dog, typically topped with an all-meat sauce (no beans), onions, and mustard. It’s essentially a chili dog, but with a thinner, more savory sauce and without the beans commonly found in traditional chili.

Thanks so very much Coney Tom.
