JAN 26, 26 (2 / 2).. THE NFL CONFERENCE CHAMPIONSHIPS..

Up until yesterday afternoon, Sunday, January the 25th, 2026, beginning with the start of the National Football League (NFL) 18 game season on Thursday, September the 4th, 2025, and ending on Sunday January the 4th, 2026, Patti and I did not watch so much as one single minute of one single game of the NFL Regular Season and the first two Playoff Rounds (Wild Card, Divisional Rounds).

Yesterday that “streak” ended when Patti and I watched not one game, but the two games of the NFL National and American Conference Championships.

The two winners advance to the NFL Super Bowl LX  to be played on Sunday, February the 8th, 2026, in Santa Clara, California at 6:30pm Eastern Time.

Below are the results of yesterday’s two games.

The New England Patriots, defeated the Denver Broncos, 10 – 7.

The Seattle Seahawks, defeated the Los Angles Rams, 31 – 27.

Both games were “close, hand wringing, nail biting tense” games.

So there you have it.

The 2026 SUPER BOWL will be between..

NEW ENGLAND and SEATTLE

Yes! We know! No one comes here to get their news about the NFL.

However, Patti and I very well could return to this Post in the future to refresh our own memories of the two games yesterday.
