Thanks Ginny for your beautiful spring Tulips, straight from Troy, Michigan!

Ginny sent us a comment about the Tulip photos. Below is Ginny’s comment.

Every year, White Chapel Cemetery, in Troy, Michigan, celebrates its Annual Tulip Festival by planting over 50,000 tulips, including new and unique blooms rarely found anywhere else in the world. These rare bulbs have been imported directly from Holland in the Netherlands. Everyone is welcome to visit the park and enjoy this year’s spectacular display.

When I was living back in Michigan, my sister and I would have a yearly date to go out to the White Chapel to see their amazing rows and rows of beautiful tulips and take pictures. It was a truly special “sister date” that we so enjoyed. I can still enjoy them through her pictures.

TO FEEL GOOD ?

Last Tuesday, April the 21st, 2026, for over one full hour, I spent an absolutely challenging, and extremely stressful time getting YouTube T.V. installed into our Television Set so Patti and I could watch Survivor 50 last evening, Wednesday the 22nd.

My journey with getting YouTube T.V. installed into our Television Set began online.

I.. Could.. Not.. Accomplish.. It. 

Do any of you know, do any of you realize, how almost absolutely impossible it is to get to speak a real, live, person to assist you?

Then, often, they are in another country and you can barely understand their “English” !!

Well, after about 45 minutes, I finally I got Justine M. in the Philippines. Yes! Her “English” was not perfect but we two, it took another 30 or so minutes, got YouTube T.V. successfully installed into our Television Set. Once we got dropped and she immediately called me back. This is almost “Unheard of” service.

So this past Wednesday, Patti and I watched and thoroughly enjoyed Survivor 50, Episode 9.

YouTube T.V. sent me an email asking me to evaluate my Support Agent.

Below  is what I wrote to finish the questionnaire after answering quite a series of  questions..

To whom it may Concern. Justine M was my YouTube Support Agent. On a 1 (worst) to 10 (best) Justine M gets a 50 (Fifty). Justine M is one of the very best Support Agents that I have ever (I am age 89) worked with during my many years. Kind. Patient. Extremely Easy to work with Wow! Wowie! Hurrah for Justine M.

Guess What?

I received an email from Justine M thanking me for my kind words!

How great of YouTube to request my opinion and then, almost instantly, recognize their employee!!

How is that?
