Oh you know I have to chime in on this one. While I do love dogs ( a LOT), I currently have 3 cats who never cease to entertain me. They all love lap time too. Nothing like a soft, warm, cuddly cat melting into your lap.
Cap, when you and Patti visited me in ND, did I have my Black Lab (along with 2 or 3 cats)? When I moved to ND, I brought 3 cats with me. An older fluffy white cat who passed when I lived there – a Tuxedo that a friend in Redding CA rescued and convinced me to take (and sadly died at age 6) – and my orange cat named Harley because he was a terror as a kitten. Harley came from CA, lived in ND and MN, then came back to CA with me and my black lab. We had 17 great years together.
Kathleen!! We have a problem remembering what we had for breakfast this morning! So?? Kathleen we have absolutely no recollection of your Black Lab or who knows what else those many years ago!! Sorry Kathleen!! Cap and Patti
