We have two, Lenovo Laptop Computers.
Our “Lenovo Think Pad Laptop Computer”, that I am using this instant, we purchased from Best Buy in the late Autumn of 2016. He is in need of a long overdue “Tune Up”. I will “nick name him” Large Nenovo.
Today, Saturday the 10th of October, at 2pm this afternoon, I have an appointment with Best Buy and will turn him over to the Geek Squad for an unknown length of time.
I have no options in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Ah But.. Lurking “In The Wings” is our other Lenovo Idea Pad Laptop that we purchased from Best Buy in 2018. This lad was with me all over Mongolia, Russian Siberia, Hong Kong, South Korea etc. His “nick name” will be Small Nenovo.
Guess what? Since I haven’t used Small Nenovo since returning in late December of 2019, almost seven (7) years ago, I am having some real issues navigating him!
IF I can figure out how to successfully navigate him, then maybe we will continue to post daily Posts. If I am not able to solve some road bumps, that will be that for Our Streak.

Mister Shadow? Do you know what will happen?
Time will tell.

Best Buy GeekSquad can do tune ups over the phone, you know.No need to take it to a store. That’s what I do. However, if your computer hasn’t had its OS or software updated in some time, it’s probably best and more convenient for you to take it in.
Were you having problems with your primary Lenovo?
And another thought. As you said, you don’t knowhow long the store will have the computer or when someone will actually begin to work on it. With online help, it can be right away or a short wait.
As I’ve been using Geek Squad for a number of years, I’ve noticed the quality of service is sometimes poor. A tech takes over the computer and runs tune up programs. That’s all. At other times, the tech takes the time to work magic and the service is top notch.
You have online Geek Squad options in Lake Havasu.
