The title for this post comes from a Poker Game that is called .. Duces and Jacks The Man with the Axe a Pair of Natural 7’s takes all .. The Man with the Axe us the King of Diamonds. It is a wild free moving game and here we go below.

Here we go!  I AM HOLDING a pair of NATURAL 7’s in this game! Which mean I cannot be topped or trumped ..

AUTO RICKSHAWS are alive-and-doing-well in OOTY thank you kindly!

Below are several Auto Rickshaws all-in-a-row and ready-to-go outside of my hotel SAPPHIRE PARADISE! That is my room with the window open on the top floor to the left of the vertical sign.

AND how about the below Auto Rickshaw ‘relative’ .. a cousin! Cute huh?  I snapped him as our tour bus was passing him!

Anyhow!  I was out exploring OOTY (aka UDHAGAMANDALAM) AND I was also on-a-mission to find peanut brittle candy (oops ..) PEANUT BRITTLE FOOD bars (I don’t DO candy!).  I spied Charing Cross Fountain WHICH IS one of the local ‘landmarks’ and I snapped the below photos.  AS WITH SO MANY NAMES here in India .. this name is spelled two different ways .. CHARING and CHARRING .. with one ‘L’ and with two ‘Ls’.  The below Road Sign solved my question.

I brought the the two empty packages above with me from Kodaikanal to show them here in Ooty exactly what I wanted. And luckily I had the above empty packages because it was a real ‘witch hunt’ to find the above two different brands.  The topmost one is a package of mini-bars .. two of which you see to the right of the ‘mother’ package.
