For What It’s Worth ..
Saturday the 9th of April..
Patti and I took-today-off. I slept a lot. Patti took a long nap in the late afternoon. We stayed in until sunset (when it cools down here in the Arizona Desert) then went out to do some shopping for food (we did not know what diet Patti would have after her procedure yesterday so didn’t get much food in).
A nice event : I spoke to the management here at our motel about the inconvenience the leak in our bathroom ceiling from upstairs caused us. The manager gave us a 35% discount to be applied to two additional days here. This amounts to a little over $80 for our being inconvenienced. I felt this was very fair.
