I myself actually did not know for sure so I Googled it !!
A New York Minute is a very short period of time : In an instant. He was down the stairs in a New York Minute. I’ll get that job done in a New York Minute if you give it to me. He was in and out of the place in a New York Minute, having finished what he had to do. It looked like his mind had already been made up, as it took him a New York Minute to announce his decision.
Ah .. Life is a Learning Experience isn’t it ??

Yo Michael!! Don’t think for One New York Minute, that Patti and I are sitting idly up here in Anchorage, eagerly awaiting our return to Lake Havasu City this winter, and your great, Golden Phoenix Chinese Restaurant, to enjoy Singapore Rice Noodles with you our friend.
Not when we have our own Anchorage sources up here!

YO! Mis Amigos! You both are Truly Blessed to not only have what God intends for us to have, but additionally, you are gifted with the most ginormous, generous and most probably serving of Singapore Rice Noodles! Yep! Truly Blessed! I have not returned to the Golden Phoenix Chinese Restaurant here, but I think of you and Patti and I sitting down a few times to dine on this delicacy! And I’ll always remember that you, Cap, pronounced the versions here are the best you’ve sampled the world over! I suppose that would include New York City, too! lol
I do think fondly of you both every time I pass the restaurant and will cherish that thought for a lifetime! Today I may even have to get an order-to-go and sit down in front of the cable TV and watch Sunday NFL football and my LA Dodgers! BTW….I’ve been blessed with an upgrade in my channel lineup and get ALL of the professional league’s games! Oi Vey! Now my ‘family’ here in Havasu is going to wonder why I’m MIA? lol
My prayers are with all of Alaskan citizens right now as I’ve been reading reports of flooding and storm surge damage to homes and infrastructure on the west coast of AK. I realize South Central may not be in the crosshairs but I still pray that you are safe, warm and sheltered.
