SEP 19, 23 .. TRAVEL DAY .. NORTH TO FAIRBANKS, ALASKA
Today is : Tuesday, the 19th of September (last time I checked).
The Good Lord Willing, and the proverbial “Creek Don’t Rise” Patti and I will be driving North to Fairbanks today. Overnight in Fairbanks and head for Manley Hot Springs this Wednesday.
Getting out of Anchorage will take some time. No matter how we pack in advance, there are things that we can only do ON the day of travel.
Then we will fill up the Suburban. Check our mail. Stop at Best Buy and get an in car smart phone charging port that plugs into the cigarette lighter socket.
And Head North.
IF we get into Fairbanks too late this evening, we may just stay the day tomorrow Wednesday. Head for Manley on Thursday.

Monday Evening, the 18th of September
We sure did the “Right Thing” yesterday. We enjoyed the NFL games and did not even think for one moment about going North today (Monday).
Today was a beautiful day and thus I was able to (with no rain) get our Suburban ready for the trip. Lots to do.
More to do so this is the “Proverbial IT” for this Post.

Have a safe travels Patti and Cap..
I fly to St Mary’s today Tuesday on the Mighty Yukon River.
I will use my compound bow and harvest a moose.
This fall season should be prettier scenery along the way everywhere.
