WHY?
The “Classic Answer” is .. WHY NOT?
The other day I made an Amazon return. First I forgot to take with me the package I wanted to return. I came home, got the package, returned to the store. I could not sign into my Amazon account because I did not have the smart phone with me that is connected with my account. So back to our apartment Patti and I went. Got the smart phone and back again to complete the return process.
WHY? .. The easy answer is this : Because at age 87 years I have short term memory issues.
WHY? .. I don’t know why! But this I DO KNOW. The above adventure sure helped me yesterday.
Yesterday, while I was eating, two parts of a tooth separated from a tooth. So I called my dentist at 11am and I was in his office in a dental chair at 12noon.
BECAUSE of the above nightmare issue with my Amazon return, I made sure that I had the two pieces of the tooth to show my dentist.
So? Was the Amazon return challenge a “Gift From The Universe” to assist me with NOT forgetting to take things (such as a shopping list, mail to mail, etc) with me?
I don’t know.

In July of 2023, up in Alaska, his odometer read .. 171717.1 ..

Captain Who Cares? Well I Care. It tickled me. Both are very similar in their overall mileage.

Now, at least to Patti and myself, this is a hoot.
This Wednesday evening, at 7:15pm, at our local Sun Club where we attend many meetings, Patti and I had decided to attend an important Group Conscience Meeting of the Sun Group. Got it? At 7:15pm Patti and I were going to be at the Sun Group meeting.
Then suddenly I thought ..
TONIGHT IS SURVIVOR..
We will NOT be at the Group Conscience Meeting.
We will BE WATCHING SURVIVOR!
