AUG 14, 13 .. TIRED OF .. BORED WITH .. THE ROLLER COASTER !
IF you have followed my ‘eye adventure’ you know that on Thursday the 1st of August I had cataract surgery on my right eye. The right eye surgery went very well. Last week on Thursday the 8th of August I had the same surgery on my left eye. The left eye had some ‘complications’. It still has some ‘complications’.
As of today:
My Left Eye: This past week I have ‘done’ one medication three times a day and two other medications four times a day.
Today we added another medication that I will ‘do’ two times a day.
My Right Eye: Three weeks of one medication three times a day.
For the multiple medications .. you wait from two to five minutes between each eye drop.
YOU DO THE MATH AND THE TIMINGS!
You get onto a Roller Coaster .. you ‘strap in’ .. and once the ride begins ..
YOU CAN NOT GET OFF THE ROLLER COASTER!
Two weeks into this ‘adventure’ this is exactly how I feel.
THANK GOODNESS I LIKE AND RESPECT AND TRUST MY DOCTOR!
Next Wednesday it is back to the doctor .. time to remove a ‘stitch’ he put into the left eye. Plus more ‘checking’ on its condition.
The GOOD NEWS IS THIS: I certainly can and I certainly do see much better.
