GULLIBLE..

Hi Gullible. You wrote in your below comment to our OCT 4, 24 Post..

Out, out Brief Shadow!
Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury,
Signifying nothing.

What Warrior Weed
Will come my way
But avoid identification?

A simple photo
In sharp focus
And iPhone will
Tell all.

Gullible, below is the best that we can do..

In another of your comments to our OCT 4, 23, Post Gullible you wrote..

Why are you parked over the yellow line. Joe Friday wants to know.

We replied as follows..

Too funny. Joe Friday .. “All we want are the facts, ma’am” .. The facts. We have three parking spaces out front Gullible. IF the person parked in the middle space has the side of their car on its line next to us, then they have crowded us to park as I did because backing in with that car too close to me forces me over. I don’t want to side swipe them backing in. Nor do I want to drive straight in where I can see them clearly because of gasoline thieves. See? Cap and Patti

Below are three photos showing how we strive to park.

That’s what I’m thinking too. Now that Cap and Patti have adopted and named it, are they responsible for its well-being all winter? Its little baby roots will freeze unless they are better protected. Perhaps they should let it spend the winter in their spare room where it’s warm and the sun shines through the window. But! Who will give its refreshing drink of water after they turn into Snow Birds? Only the Shadow knows.

Thank Gullible for your comment and contributions regarding our Warrior Weed. However, because of Condominium Rules and Regulations, we are not at liberty to protect nor promote the growth of a Birch tree. So? We are going to .. “Let Mother Nature run her course” without any assistance from the two of us.” Smiles .. Cap and Patti

Hi Linda. How nice to hear from you! Thanks so very much for your comment. The Jury may still be out but right now it seems like our Warrior Weed may indeed be a young Birch sapling! Smiles .. Cap and Patti

Oh no! Oh my! The stakes are much higher now. The mighty Warrior Weed might actually be a tree? Maybe a nice thick insulating blanket around the pot this winter… Someone to water it if it doesn’t snow enough… We may never know.

Wow Kathleen! Could it be that your very own “Warrior Weed” actually is a very young Birch sapling and NOT a weed? This Patti and I know. We are going to “Let Mother Nature run her course” without any assistance from the two of us.” What fun your Warrior Weed has turned out to be! Smiles.. Cap and Patti

The gods of iPhone identify it as a birch sapling. Perhaps your Android phones will do the same, though you might need an app. iPhones come with that feature.

    1. Cap Chastain

Well now we know our Warrior Weed is a Birch sapling! Its fate and future lie with Mother Nature. Surely there are other young Birch saplings that head into winter, and survive, as ours may do. Thanks so very much for your interest Gullible! Cap and Patti
