VETERANS DAY..
Veterans Day is observed annually on November 11.
Veterans Day is a tribute to military veterans who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Not to be confused with Memorial Day, which honors those who died while in service, Veterans Day honors all military veterans, including those still alive.

On a much more personal basis, I am very proud to say my immediate family were all veterans. My father (U. S. Coast Guard), myself (U. S. Marine Corps and U. S. Navy), my eldest son (U. S. Army) and my youngest son (U. S. Air Force).
