JUN 22, 26.. SPIRITUAL WORDS.. B KINDER DAY.. KISSING DAY..

The below SPIRITUAL WORDS were an amazing gift to Patti and me from Cindy down in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

I need to share them here and slowly read and absorb them again myself.

It’s amazing how peaceful your life becomes when you realize it’s not your responsibility to regulate other people’s emotions, manage their insecurities, pacify their inner wars, heal their wounds, do their inner work, and be the version of you in their minds.

At some point, you have to realize that people will only change when they’re ready. No amount of love, effort, or convincing can make them see what they’re not willing to face. You can support, inspire, and encourage, but their growth is their responsibility.

Release the need to fix others and focus on your own peace.

Helpful and very powerful words Cindy. Thanks so very VERY MUCH.

Below are two, out of only eleven (11), June 22nd NATIONAL TODAY Holidays we want to share with you all. There are several more we could’ve shared with you.

The title of the below NATIONAL TODAY Holiday is confusing.

So I will explain it.

The Holiday is about a young girl named .. Billie (Jayde) Kinder.

I wonder why NATIONAL TODAY didn’t just name it .. Billie Kinder Day or even The B Kinder Day, June 22, 2026.

On B Kinder Day, the focus is upon charitable giving and acts of compassion.

Billie Kinder was a remarkable young girl whose profound empathy and commitment to kindness inspired the creation of B Kinder Day. Despite her own challenges, Billie consistently demonstrated a deep care for others and a desire to make the world a better place.

Her legacy lives on through the B Kinder Foundation, which continues her mission of spreading compassion and promoting mental well-being among children and young people.

Established in 1995 in memory of Billie Kinder, the B Kinder Foundation promotes kindness, compassion, and mental well-being in children through educational programs and resources. They empower young people to make a positive impact in their communities.

The best thing you can do to celebrate B Kinder Day is by being kind to people every day. So, try to be compassionate and kind to people and even animals in your community or locality.

KISSING ..

If not all of us, certainly many of us kiss! Well Patti and I sure do!

National Kissing Day encourages everyone to share a kiss on June 22.

The joy and health benefits of kissing, ranges from stress relief to boosting immunity.

The kiss went mainstream thanks to the Romans, and as the saying goes, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” We’ll ignore the part about “when in Rome,” since they took their kissing knowledge and made it popular around the world.

One little kiss, even from a monkey, can go a long way.

It appears kissing is instinctual even among monkeys. A new-born macaque monkey at the Ishikawa Zoo in Tokyo was rejected by its mother, and subsequently raised by keepers. They gave the baby, named Punch, a stuffed orangutan to substitute for the lack of cuddling its mother.

At 7 months, the zookeepers began introducing Punch to the troop. Punch dragged his plushie everywhere. At first, the other monkeys bullied and scolded Punch, teaching him manners. Eventually, Punch was befriended by a few other monkeys and relied less on his plushie.

As he integrates more and more with other monkeys, Punch is often seen kissing them. He still retains a strong bond with his keepers, no doubt because he feels secure in their company.

A number of babies have been born to the troop, so Punch is no longer the youngest. He can be seen cuddling the babies, always watching that the mothers permit it.

Because of the large interest in Punch, all the monkeys have benefitted. The zoo has installed an air conditioned resting area, more play equipment, and is enlarging the habitat.

One little kiss, even from a monkey, can go a long way.
